How to: Insert ClipArt graphic.
Solution:
Select the 'Insert' menu, select 'Object'. Select 'Microsoft ClipArt Gallery 2.0'. Select the clip art and click 'Insert'.
1) Click on the desired location for the clip art in the Microsoft Office document. (The cursor blinks at the insertion point.)
2) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object'. (The Object or Insert Object dialog box appears.)

3) Click the 'Create New' tab or 'Create New' radio button.
4) Select 'Microsoft ClipArt Gallery' from the 'Object Type' group.
5) Click 'OK'. (The 'Microsoft ClipArt Gallery 2.0' dialog box appears.)
6) Select a category from the 'Categories' scroll-down list box.
NOTE: Select '(All Categories)' to view all clip art items.
7) Select the desired picture from the 'Pictures' list box. (The picture is highlighted and the description and filename with path name appear at the bottom of the dialog box.)

NOTE: Use the scroll bar to access more choices.
8) (Optional) Select the 'Display as Icon' check box to display the object as an icon.
NOTE: If the 'Display as Icon' check box is checked, the icon of the current 'Object Type' group selection and the 'Change Icon' appears. Click 'Change Icon' to select a different icon.
9) Click 'Insert'. (The selected clip art is inserted at the insertion point in the document.)
NOTE: If inserting clip art in a PowerPoint presentation, select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Clip Art'. Continue with steps 6) through 8).
